2010
Career Partner GmbH in Munich takes over hr TEAM. Career Partner is one of the biggest European providers of training and further education. With the purchase of hr TEAM, Career Partner intends to invest in educational offers - amongst others - that push a main background of the Bologna reform: the idea of lifelong learning. With hr TEAM, an integrated and strong group is to be promoted in the field of further education. Hr TEAM celebrates its 40th anniversary in October.

2009
hr TEAM successfully carries out several large national and international customer projects and develops a new multi-stage system to evaluate projects for further education and change projects. hr TEAM’s internet presence is fundamentally revised and adapted to the latest technology.

2008
hr TEAM develops the field of „contracting authorities“ to become a further significant target group of its training and consulting offer. hr TEAM supports a large German public institution with more than 100,000 employees on a long-term basis to create sales orientation by providing conception, organisation, training and consulting. Municipal contracting authorities are assisted by hr TEAM to implement § 18 TVöD (collective agreement for civil service) and individual personnel development.

2007
hr TEAM extends its international activities in Europe, America and Asia. It supports a group for capital equipment acting on an international level in developing its sales in Europe and America. In the framework of an intensive cooperation, hr TEAM backs the far-reaching change process of a big German bank. 25 trainers, consultants and coaches exclusively work for hr TEAM.

2006
hr TEAM coaches the German National Soccer Team in the field of public appearance and effect. The programme of Public Seminars has been expanded to over 80 requested topics. New offers in change management that have been asked for complete the business activities of hr TEAM.

2005
Mid 2005, a strategic partnership between the Management School St. Gallen and hr TEAM Böblingen is established. Because of the combined offers of the Management School St. Gallen and hr TEAM we provide our clients and interested parties with qualification, advanced training and change processes across all hierarchical levels. All measures are designed of a piece, against a background of a company philosophy and based on a coordinated procedure.

2004
After more than five years as a subsidiary of SHT Schwäbisch Hall Training GmbH, Professor Hans-Ulrich Sachs takes over hr TEAM. Being the new owner, he is constantly contributing his know-how and his contacts inside the German economy in order to further develop hr TEAM. Professor Hans-Ulrich Sachs has far-reaching experiences in top management functions in the German economy. Amongst others, he was managing director Sales of Volkswagen AG in Wolfsburg and, at last, member of the board of directors of DEKRA AG, responsible among other things for the DEKRA Academy and DEKRA Consulting. The cooperation with Professor Hans-Ulrich Sachs opens up manifold new training and consulting opportunities for our customers. New conceptual offers in training/consulting as well as in change management complement the business activities of hr TEAM. In the field of Public Seminars, there are 20 newly developed seminar topics at our customers’ disposal.

2003
hr TEAM Public Seminars is able to announce the highest number of participants in its history. Other high-performance partners can be won for the exclusive international cooperation network ELDA International. hr TEAM is now in a position to provide sophisticated training and consulting projects for its customers in all European countries as well as in cross-national activities.

2002
Management and staff of hr TEAM develop a new vision as well as the new values „excellent, appreciative and initiative“. In corporate with leading international trainings and consulting corporation, hr TEAM founds the exclusive international cooperation network ELDA International (European Leadership Development Alliance). More than 8,000 individuals take advantage of the hr TEAM training classes, coaching programmes and consulting this year.  

1999
hr TEAM Consulting & Conceptual Design is further extended in order to provide assistance to hr TEAM customers in advancing their companies in view of human resources.

1998
Schwäbisch Hall Training GmbH (SHT) takes a majority share in Horst Rückle Team GmbH (hr TEAM). This co-operation serves to expand competence, to strengthen international presence and to use synergies in the field of hr TEAM training and consulting in Germany as well as in Europe.

1995
hr TEAM celebrates its 25th anniversary together with customers and prospects.

1993
Expansion of international subsidiaries. hr TEAM is now present in Great Britain, the Benelux countries, France, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and Austria.

1992
hr TEAM Berlin opens as first domestic subsidiary. A salesmen training program consisting of 18 video tapes is produced.

1988
hr TEAM UK Ltd. near London is founded.

1986
The subsidiary WIK Verlag (publishing house) starts its business aiming at customer support in the field of creating and using media.

1984
European activities are expanded. The first own subsidiaries in Switzerland and Austria are founded.

1983
The “hr TEAM-Trainingstelegramm” (training telegram) is first published as a customer magazine. The „hr TEAM news“ are evolved from it later. Horst Rückle obtains teaching assignments from the University of Bamberg as well as from different universities for applied sciences on the topics „body language“, „leadership“ and „selling“.

1977
Horst Rückle Team GmbH is founded. More than 100 active customers are attended by 12 trainers/coaches. hr TEAM becomes an active member of BDU (Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater e.V./ Federal Association of German Management Consultants). The company moved into ist own office building in Röhrer Weg (Böblingen, Germany).

1976
The first government certified telecourse for salesmen is developed and offered nationwide by the Verlag für Berufsfortbildung (publishing house for professional further education).

1971
First employees are hired, building a team of eight trainers/coaches by 1976.

1970
Horst Rückle founds Horst Rückle Team.
