In order to guarantee excellent performance of our trainers/coaches and consultants, the members of our team are subject to exact requirements and qualifications. Thus, we ensure a constantly high level when developing and carrying out all the measures. In addition we make sure to train, coach and advise you along the lines of an agreed philosophy.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified
• Work experience in sales, management and/or personnel development
• Competent training as a trainer and coach with several years of experience

On-the-job training:

• Integration concept with hr TEAM specific further education (at the least 6 months)
• Intership as observer in trainings and projects
• Mentoring by an experienced colleague
• Coaching
• Prep reading
• Supervision

Further education:

• Continuous further education regarding methods, topics and procedures of at least 15 days/yaer
• Supervision by a colleague during trainings

Project coaching:

• best practice sharing based on in-house projects
• Intership as observer in new projects and industrial sectors
